School visits

Educating the next generation about the importance of the Loughborough Bellfoundry is essential if we are to protect the site for years to come.

As part of our mission to revive and restore the bellfoundry, we are looking to work with local schools to develop a new education programme at the Bellfoundry Museum. This might involve bringing your class to visit us, or our Heritage Engagement Officer coming out to you.

If you are interested in organising a school, community or uniformed group visit contact us today!

Tours can also be tailored to fulfill the needs of the curriculum and have a more artistic or scientific focus.

We have also created a whole host of free resources for you to use in the classroom or on your visit!
